Tai Chi Classes

 Tai Chi is practiced around the world for its energizing health benefits.  The rhythmically flowing movements treat the body to a form of exercise that increases flexibility, better balance & coordination, while reducing stress & increasing mental & physical well being.

Saturdays:           9:00 to 10:00 AM   Beginners & Seniors

Cost is $5.00 per class

This is an ongoing learning class & beginners may start anytime.  If interested, either show up in Fellowship Hall at the church for the class you would like to participate in or call the instructor Anita Lim at 323-257-2017 (after 6:00 PM).  Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
